About me

A man sitting cross-legged on a large rock in a creek, with eyes closed in meditation, surrounded by rocks and greenery.

My name is Marco Maruti, and my life has been a continuous journey of exploration, transformation, and self-discovery. I began my career immersed in the world of classical music, dedicating years to studying music and honing my skills as a lyric singer. Music was not just a profession for me; it was a profound expression of the soul, teaching me discipline, sensitivity, and the power of sound.

However, a deep inner calling gradually emerged, leading me toward the path of yoga and spirituality. These disciplines opened new horizons, guiding me toward a journey of inner awakening and holistic healing. Over the past 19 years, I have committed myself to studying and practicing yoga as a way of life—an integrated system that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. My exploration has been worldwide, with extensive studies and personal experiences across India, Brazil, Chile, Marrocos, Europe and beyond.

Throughout this journey, I have immersed myself in many fields of ancient sciences and spiritual traditions. I studied an introduction of classical Indian music, Vedanta, Sanskrit, and Vedic chanting, appreciating the profound connection between sound, language, and consciousness. I have trained as a yoga teacher and therapist, blending traditional practices with modern approaches to healing. My interests include sound healing, meditation, and the exploration of sacred rhythms and mantras, all aimed at fostering inner peace and spiritual insight.

A central focus of my journey has been the philosophy of Non-Duality—particularly the teachings of Advaita Vedanta from India—which I continue to study deeply. I believe that ultimate reality is non-dual, and recognizing this fundamental truth can lead to liberation from suffering and illusion. My approach is rooted in humility and curiosity, emphasizing that true knowledge is a lifelong process of inner awakening. I see yoga as a holistic science that integrates body, mind, emotions, and consciousness, grounded in the wisdom of thousands of years of spiritual tradition.

Along my path, I have trained as a Yoga Nidra instructor, learning the profound techniques of conscious relaxation and subconscious healing. I have explored Vocal Sound Healing, working with sacred sounds and toning to balance energy centers and promote well-being. I also have a keen interest in sacred numbers, symbolism, and initiation rites, understanding that these elements serve as gateways to higher states of consciousness.

I do not identify with any particular religion or doctrine, but rather honor the universal spiritual truths shared by enlightened masters across different paths. My intention is to convey that the essence of spirituality lies beyond dogma, in the direct experience of the divine within oneself. My teachings are humble, authentic, and meant to create a safe space for exploration, growth, and genuine connection.

Currently, I am expanding my knowledge through a professional course specializing in trauma, led by Dr. Gabor Maté. I am particularly interested in how trauma affects physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels and how understanding this can complement spiritual practices, offering profound healing at all levels. I see this as an integral part of the holistic approach to awakening and self-healing.

My greatest desire is to serve as a compassionate guide and facilitator, sharing tools and insights that foster self-awareness, love, and inner harmony. Whether through workshops, retreats, or informal gatherings, I aim to inspire others to connect with their true nature and embrace their unique journey. I am committed to lifelong learning, humility, and an open heart, trusting that each individual’s path is sacred and perfect in its own right.

With love, respect, and gratitude, I invite you to walk this beautiful, limitless journey of awakening and self-realization, supporting each other along the way.
