Short, compassionate online or in‑person sessions to bring clarity and understanding on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. Progressive Growth

A series of three sessions designed for ongoing support and development. The first session is 1.5 hours long, followed by two additional sessions of 1 hour each. This package provides a structured yet flexible approach to cultivate lasting change, deepen understanding, and explore practices over time.
